1. Agreement
By accessing the FirstCue dashboard you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. FirstCue, LLC provides a 24/7 AI phone dispatcher for inbound calls.
2. The Service
FirstCue answers your forwarded calls, runs the intake, books jobs, and notifies the recipients you choose. It handles inbound calls only and does not place outbound marketing calls on your behalf.
3. Call Recording & Consent
Calls are recorded and each begins with a disclosure greeting. You authorize FirstCue to record and store calls on your behalf, and you are responsible for ensuring recording is permitted for your callers and the locations you operate in.
4. Data & Privacy
Caller details, recordings, and intake data belong to you. We process them solely to deliver the service and never sell or share your or your callers' data with third parties for their own marketing. You may request export or deletion of your data.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for setting up call forwarding, keeping recipient contacts accurate, and using FirstCue lawfully.
6. Billing
Plans are billed monthly and include a 14-day free pilot. You may cancel anytime; there is no long-term contract.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is." FirstCue is not liable for missed calls, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
